I mean, it should be birth au naturel unless there are medical reasons why Caesarean should be performed. Caesareans are invasive surgical procedures afterall. -

I would prefer a natural birth too
Because I have a greater fear of needles
I saw one documentary before about hypno-birthing or something like that. Supposed to help reduce the pain. Maybe if I ever have a kid miht try that -
