He's actually a talented individual. Before he became a singer, he was a composer whose songs were very popular - and very unlike the songs he composes and performs now.
He beat all odds to become a singer, cause he was initially rejected time and again cause he was told that he may have the talent but he doesn't have the face nor the image.
So, I admire him in that sense - he never gave up and he's an underdog morphed into a big dog cause of his perseverance.
I just wish he'd stop doing the ah gua routine!
