I quite like the idea of unemployment insurance by the WP though but have to be carefully thought out. They did say partially borne by the employee and employer, maybe a small % of their CPF or something -

But the medical issue, it really turns me off... Already see GP dun need to pay GST unless you are foreigner and scrap the GST benefits the A class patients most -
