XO crab is like the XO fish soup.. only, they have a whole crab in the soup with bee hoon..

actually, it's not really souvlaki they have in melbourne.. i prefer the melbourne version..
they use gyros meat to put into their nice pita bread rolls with tomato, onion and lettuce.. then with a touch of herbs and lots of tzatziki sauce...
