A buffet restaurant in Guangzhou's Yuexiu District recently introduced a new type of charging standard.
The restaurant requires children who are shorter than 140 centimetres to pay according to their weight.
For example, a child who weighs 25 kilograms will be asked to pay 25 yuan (US$3.125) while one who weighs 26 kilograms pay 26 yuan (US$3.25).

my memory has always sucked...so i have absolutely no idea if the fall has anything to do with it.

I met with this classmate as like me, 26+ sometime back. Over some chat, he did mention abt his spending prob - Esp credit cards. Which I told him, that credit card loans are like loan shark loans. Somemore he went to buy a car with just $2,000+ in salary.
I simply told him, spend within your means
There's just a saying goes, spending is easier than saving -
at the risk of being callous ... should we be sympathetic to such people ? ... of course, not everyone will know how to spend within their means eh ... but these are the jobs of social organizations, not the goverment ... the WP got that bit wrong ... it sounds like electioneering propaganda to me ... telling the people what they want to hear ... the real people in need are those caught short in the restructuring of the economy ... the real underbelly of society, the chaps who by neccessity have to take public transport, who have to watch the utilities and food bills ... etc ... not some young punk who's bought a car before he's ready for it ....
they should work on these issues instead ... instead of scratching people's balls to win votes ...
