watching the news... seems like the Minister of Hobbit Affairs, the Dwarf Prime Minister, keeps badgering James Gomez...
thing is, the opposition seems to be too naive or not quick enough to turn it around and hammer the PAP badly...

i remember long time ago, one of the singaporean authors in singapore, catherine lim was being interviewed and asked about her opinions on singapore politics.... she mentioned something like, she feels that real democracy is only when someone is able to sue the government (for something they really mismanaged) and win.... i totally agree with her... cos i dunno whether i hv seen that in singapore.... i m not against PAP.... i do think they have done a fairly good job..... yet, i also believe in real democracy and truth..... which i think singapore politics have yet to progress but in fact moving backwards..... something rather worrying at times.... -
