I was just telling jetta that I relish getting a clean, fresh start and I'll do it nice and slow.
I won't have that much cash to bring over so I'll have to slowly work my way... if I rent an unfurnished apartment, my priority would be a mattress, two sets of cutlery and the basic cooking equipment, and a small TV, stereo and phone connection.
With each piece of furniture I purchase, it'll be cause for a mini-celebration! That's the joy of starting afresh and all by meself! -

It doesn't take much to construct your own deck nowadays. Many home improvement stores offer deck kits that comprise the plans and a bill of materials necessary for the project; they'll even sell you all the building materials at a bundled price if you aren't inclined to shop around for them yourself. Some municipalities require that you submit for approval a plan for a deck in order to obtain the building permit; the nice thing about getting a DIY deck kit is that it will likely already be pre-approved by the city, so you don't have to submit any plans. Saves time that way.
The DIY mentality is one of the things I truly like about this country. It breeds independence and saves money by reducing your reliance on the abilities of others. -
