  ok lemme describe what had happened during the Management Stimulation..i mean Simulation Exercise we had yesterday
  
  we guys had to do some roleplay, from presidents to the plant managers of a hypothetical company
  
  usual stuff, u got information, u got excess info, u dont have enuff info, and everyone got to piece together what is going on, make decisions, give some solutions
  
  and then they (the observers) decided to introduce some positions called..dum dum dum..the consultants
  
  we had a problem where the consultants and the company dont seem to work together, and there was a drag on decision making nearing deadline
  
  kinda mirror what is going on out there too, scary
