i should be sleeping.. considering i've had about an hour and a half sleep.. the football match (i woke up early) then another hour's sleep, then to work
after work, i went bowling and just came back less than half an hour ago
going to work again tomorrow.. probably die at work -

hey.. i guess i still am a nightbird.. however, this nightbird has to become one who wakes up and works in the daytime now
it's playing havoc with my brains and body -
Once I hit my mid 30s, I just couldn't do it anymore. What with getting the kids up at 545am daily, my internal body clock got realigned so now, I'm sleepy by 10pm. was talking to joho a couple of years ago.. said if we all went on a 36-hour cycle, he and i would fit right in
which is true... if i had about 10 to 12 hours of sleep, i can keep going for about 24 hours -
anyway, if i have any chance of surviving through Friday at work, i gotta go sleep

anyway, i think ever since i started sch, my biological clock began to screw up. It didnt help that the clock was smashed for three years straight
dang, night become day, day become night, and i am probably screwing up parts of my body that way
irregular sleep, poor diet
