  but its very realistic in the sense that, the whole company so many people, and u got to deal with all the info each person had

  my colleague had submitted 3 reasons for not wanting to stay in the force
  
  1. very poor management
  2. work like a dog, treated like pigs

  eh but not bad, he's a hokkien peng leh. no PSLE one, but he's got a diploma
  
  for me i wrote a friggin composition... they told us to average out our working hours per week.
  
  for a day cycle week, 8 x 5 days + 24hrs duty = 64hrs
  evening cycle week, 10 x 5 + 24 = 74hrs
  
  and i take home peanuts.
