I dunno why LTA wants to build a 1 lane tunnel at Woodsville Flyover
As Upp Serangoon Rd to and from CBD will get a 2 lane tunnel, there's no more need for Macpherson Rd's traffic to have any tunnel
Most of the traffic at Macpherson Rd is using Whompoa North to get to PIE (Jurong) -

Precisely. Folks in the northeast have KPE liao.
But the KPE oso got bad points.. It gets u near town.. not into town.. like CTE.. It just ends at fort road.. useless..

They can upgrade the ground lvl road, but it's kinda difficult esp the cluster of drains there
That flyover is useless!
