the weird thing is, Salem and Dunhill are ciggies, but the ads are always a couple strolling along a very green countryside or hills -
the ciggie Salem used to have these ads "Salem High Country" over the malaysian channels..
and the Salem Witch trials were from the Arthur Miller play, The Crucible... where the girls of the village, led by a slave were dancing in the forest.. they were accused of being witches.. but in the end, they went and accused others of being witches..
the main villian was this girl (Abigail i think) who had an affair with the protaganist, Proctor.. she accused him of witchcraft as he had also left her to return to his wife...
in the end, he died rather than admit his "guilt" of sorcery... -
