  i know how to make braised duck already.. it's easy.. just takes a lot of work and time.. but it's foolproof
  
  i would like to cook orange duck.. duck with fruit like cherry is GOOD

  they soak the duck in tea leaves and other herbs and spices mixture, leave it overnight and then next day deep fry it sounds yummy!!

  try making it lah
  
  don't leave overnight.. try putting it all in a plastic bag and put in the fridge for about 2 to 3 days... that way, the spices really permeate into the duck, making it tastier...
