My XP CD comes from..'public domain'..so there is no floppy

The worst part is that we are only alowed to submit claims once a month which means unless I really sit down and key in every single trip immediately after the fact, I'd somehow forget to claim for some trips.
And don't get me started on cab receipts. Fucking cab companies use disappearing ink to print them so I have to photocopy them immediately or else 1 month later all my receipts look like blank paper. -
it's not like we anyhow take cabs and claim...
they are for official work... and worse, there was a rush job and i drove my damned car to and from the place so that some senior management moron can figure out what the hell is going on instead of going there himself
now they reject, i can have the excuse that i'm not going to any meetings/projects/whatever anymore -

they have a standard mileage from site to site..
thing is this:
car meter:
office to site = 21.7km
site to office = 20.9km
electronic mileage calculator:
office to site = 22.5km
site to office = 22.5km
standard mileage:
office to site = 24km
site to office = 24km
so, they want me to claim more than actual mileage.. i'm fly with that
