just got off the phone with a vendor...

they're a multi-national PR and Ad firm... trying to get 2 bound hardcopies from them.. and they DON'T HAVE A COLOUR PRINTER??? Shocked

i just politely went: try and get 2 bound hardcopies for us coz that will complete that part of the contract...

he's going to "bug one of his staff about it" and "outsource" it...

for the amount we're paying them, they can buy a goddamned colour laser printer and they'll still be laughing all the way to the bank!

so he knows i didn't buy his line...

anyway, i think he just taichi'ed the simple task to his kah-kia.. the kah-kia is pretty resourceful...

all they gotta do is to go to one of those printing shops with the CD and order a couple of prints.. it doesn't cost much.. go back to the office with the thing, whip out the formal cover and bind the ^#%, send it by mail to us.. and we'll write the thing down as "delivered"
