just brought my boss back to earth about WITs
she had those "high and wonderful" views about it... so she asked about the ground level thoughts about it.. and i told her the truth that everyone hates it with a vengence...
i think she's kinda saddened coz she's one of the committee members... -

some of the frontline people don't even have time to go to the toilet.. and whatever is suggested is usually gunned down by various people with vested interests anyway so it's all kinda pointless...
