  I only offer free guide to my poor neighbour children on their primary school studies only. My neighbour also "Pei Sek" to ask me because I may be busy at time.

  i just volunteered to be a tutor at a Family Care Corner Service Centre near my home...
  
  may want to consider volunteering for some animal shelter's home too...
  
  and haha, deadpoet, why not CC and RCs leh? i was involved in CC Youth Groups years ago also...hehe...

  This might be the first time the patients or elderly are taking the MRT as they are either not able to move around or 'afraid' of the MRT due to the complicated system. Therefore, we want to play a part in giving them this experience by putting together the manpower and logistics.
  
  SMRT has agreed to provide us with a chartered train for the event. The train will start from Pasir Ris station to Expo thru Changi Airport ( around 25 mins ). We will then stop by Expo for a short tea session.
  
  We need volunteers down for the event to accompany the beneficiaries throughout the trip and play an important role in making a little difference to their lives!
  
  Details:
  Date : 22nd June 2006, Thursday
  Time : 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm
  Meeting place : Pasir Ris MRT Station
  Dismissal place: Expo MRT Sation
  GOH : Mr Zainudin Nordin, Mayor of Central Singapore District, MP for Bishan Toa Payoh North GRC
