  Hmm, I have early dinners you see. But if I have an appt in the evening, then I'll grab something else. I've got stocks of cereal bars in my personal pantry.
  
  But I do pig out. But at least FIVE servings of fruits is the norm/must. And a yogurt drink. That about makes my daily staple.
  
  But you eat healthy too.
