alamak.......that mee siam from prima taste lah. that commercial pack that hubby carted back. i tot i was going to freeze the gravy for other days. but mah lah jai, friends came over to help eat out some. so, we did finish in two days.

eh, my seems even with canadian ID, not easy to get job in US leh. i think 'cos her skills not transportable one.
my neighbour's relatives (vietnamese) get jobs in US so easily. but they are like in their 20s and in the medical field. one dentist and another optometrist. and another guy in frisco doing don't knwo what garment.
but yah, i told her that it is this time that one can see various windows of opportunities. unlike me with full time job, for me to scope around is pretty restricted cos of my working schedules. besides, when one is so comfortable, don't feel like moving liao. -

ah, next time you visit sg, must cart home commercial pack. cook the gravy then freeze it in 2-portion containers. i got tons of those containers from buying cored pineapples and take out congee. -

Poor thing. You know, it's a shame that our stateside convenience stores don't serve nice instant meals like the ones in Japan. Over there, their fare is really amazing. oh, lucky you. mee rebus also fattening. the gravy from sweet potatoes. before prima taste, i made my own. got to steam the sweet potatoes. mashed it and put it in gravy as thickening agent. -

Streamie, your pot pie, is the filling very thick? If I'm not wrong, they use cream of mushroom for the filling.
