currently no pics, I will take some when I finish the renovations and show you all.
the ceilings are high about 3.8m so lots of painting... and we are replacing the floors, with timber or maybe laminate.. depends. but I can show you a pic of the house...
it is about 50 years old, but because it was built with poured concrete, it is so solid that there are no cracks running through it. amazing... the park is just across the road from us and there is a brook near by.
we have a huge rear yard, ready for some landscaping...
have just finished repairing the rear fences and will be digging the holes to put in the posts for the new fence and gate up front...
