They are still investigating what happened.
According to the papers the other motorbike that crashed with them belonged to a friend
Anyway, the other guy is in hospital now. He said he was in front of them but my friend's brother's bike was totalled from behind. I think the traffic police are looking for eye witnesses -
oh man.. that is terrible...
i remember the funeral of one of the guys in the camp... he was our ambulance driver...
he and another scored half a day off and were going to go somewhere on their motorcycles...
they were just outside the camp when they collided into another motorcycle.. one died, the other was in a coma for a few days and had what must have been a dozen broken bones, concussion and all that...
eyewitnesses said that the 3rd motorcycle which both of them collided into, was at fault when he zoomed out of the petrol station without looking and right into the path of both of them...
the 3rd motorcyclist had a few scratches and bruises.. -

Was crossing the road at the wheelock place junction this morning(green man flashing, no vehicle movement) when this taxi just zoomed across right in front of me with out any warning. when i went to collect my car on wednesday, i took a taxi ride which ranks up there with the one i took on new year's day in 2000....
taxi driver kept ranting that the cars were driving too slowly while weaving in and out of traffic, accelerating hard and braking hard...
taxi drivers should be subject to a psychological test before licensing -

Honestly I rather die in a traffic accident than to survive one with heavy injuries
Like my SO's friend, motorbike accident too....he's like 28 this year and is now half-paralysed, waist-down... and he can't use his hands... and the worst thing is that he is the sole breadwinner of his family.
Before that he spent like 4 months in ICU, and another 6 months in hospital...you can imagine the bills.... -
