African Clawed are aquatic frogs. They live in water and don't need to come up on land. -
yeah.. i think it's out of fear that irresponsible owners will throw them away, and they actually breed and eat everything in their way, destroying the local fauna...

Too bad the Indian Star Tortise is endangered.
