the idiot boss kept quiet...
sad thing is that we had him for 5 years, the usual stint is about 3 years... there was a 2 year lag because no other department wanted him
when that idiot got transferred to other departments, he was dropped within 9 months... and ended up in another place where he disgraced himself almost immediately... -

The whole idea is just to put something there that will pass inspection. You don't actually have to read it.

Management loves it but
Things are worse now with six-sigma and we get unhappy customers too -
i suggest this book to be bought and placed everywhere...

I still cannot believe that the current US armed forces policy in Iraq is that you can call for a medavac only when there is ZERO chance of the medavac chopper coming under fire. No medavac will be launched, even if you have critically wounded, unless there is ZERO hostile activity. WTF?
