last week, she vomitted blood and had to be hospitalised briefly, and my relatives knew the time is almost up, sent her back to her hometown fast
i went back last sunday, my grandma just lied on bed super weak
worse, my grandaunt who was normally fit for her old age, had to be helped when walking, and my granduncle now lying in bed unable to get up

Looks like faster doesn't mean better in some instances, yah? I realise that the finance culture is very different from country to country, something which I find very interesting. Funny, coz I know Japanese banks are among the world's biggest, and they have the technology...and this guy go carrying wads of cash..

I'm back. Didn't go the mall as anticipated. Went to cafe. Boh mi kia suka jiak one. So ended up with one small coffee san sugar, one macadamia/white choc cookie, one oatmeal/raisin cookie and one maple pecan danish.
YEAH..........ALL sinful
I guess I'm gonna chalk up about 700 calories but at least these are what I like to eat.
And oh, sorry to read about your family, ah lau. I hope your grandma will not be in too much pain. And speedy recover for your grandaunt and granduncle. -
