And mostly, it's true! *ahem* But of course, there's always some bad apples around. 
Looks like the weather is nice up in TO. It's not too hot here now, but the humidity is stifling. A simple walk to the gas station to procure sustenance is enough to work up a sweat.
I read Coquitlam's post in SO. Are there laws in Canada against the display of obscene gestures in public? I don't know if he has a case or not--it'll probably boil down to a 'my word versus his' situation, unless there were reliable witnesses around when the incident occurred.
TO is the third most polite city in the world??? That's interesting. I wonder if that can be taken as an indication of urban life there being less stressful. Which cities occupied the top two spots? How did Singapore fare?
