uncle and aunt are singaporean but they are there coz uncle owns a plantation there...

There, the Muar hospital is just a kechil one
At times, major prob they point you to KL... Even so some dun trust the doc there...
Like op, though there is cheap, they use the 'butcher' grade knife... Here cost more but uses 'japanese' grade knife
Just using layman terms -

in many ways, singaporeans don't know the things people in other countries face due to their size..
