  i have no problems with manuals too.. they stay in the box
  
  in other news, Comcast actually fired a technician after the technician fell asleep on a customer's couch...
  
  thing is this.. he had to call Comcast HQ for help and was put on hold for over an hour... and he fell asleep...
  
  so.. do you think Comcast had grounds for firing the technician?

  Hee hee..........school's officially out for my son!!! But he's gonna have a really busy summer. And if he gets the job (he dropped off his resume at the Golf Club for field crew) last week, he will have a FULL summer!
