I'm working from home today, and shall be heading out for lunch shortly. I'll probably go get some Chinese take-out, for the purpose of expediency. -
Today's not going to be so bad. I stand corrected, (if the met dept is correct) high of 79 today. We'll see. Hey, next time you're at the grocer's deli section, look for Thai Chicken cold cuts. No, I'm just in shorts and a t-shirt right now. It's expected to hit 90 today and I want to see how long I can go without switching on the a/c. Trying to save some money on my energy bill... -
Re: energy bill. I hear you man, boy do I hear you. Water bill came to $70. Power came to $111. Yikes! All of my windows are open, lots of breeze action today. Heng ah. 90? So hot? Poor thing. As for the cold cuts, I think it's by Jennie-O but I could be wrong. Hope you can find it there.
$70 and $111 for water and power respectively? Depending on the size of your dwelling, that might actually be quite reasonable. -
