  Olive oil 1 thing is ex and the other is not even meant for frying

  The small one is I prepared porridge and get that fried fish and peel it into bits and pieces and put it into her porridge to eat... As for vegetables, I'm slowly getting her to bite

  you need to tell your mom that olive oil cannot be used for frying.. food becomes soggy...
  
  you need sunflowerseed oil, canola oil or best, peanut oil for that..

  Actually deep frying, it's still palm oil that's the best
  
  Normal frying, canola, sunflower, corn, soya bean oil boleh
  
  Interesting to know that Lam Soon's Naturel has 1 oil that is blended of Canola and Sunflower oil, macham like it's sister Knife Oil
