good morning everyone.. my head still hurts
fell asleep at 9pm last night, woke up at 11pm and could not get to sleep until 2am.. now i feel like crap
oh well.. it's wednesday... right in between the weekend last and the weekend to come -

from the night side, i find that cod is overrated as a "yummy fish" because it isn't.. it's bland as heck.. and very expensive... in the family, only my sister likes it.. she gets heckled by me coz she will not eat "ugly fish"

But mine's a slight headache and I'm still tired -
okay.. the panadol extra is working... slightly...
the jackhammer pain is gone.. but there's still this slight dull ache at the back of my left eye..
strange thing.. now that the pain is lessened, the ache in the shoulders has become more pronounced.. maybe it's because the pain took away a lot of attention from the aching shoulders...
feeling kinda nauseous from the aching shoulders... (yes! they ache so damned much!)
can't wait for this day to be over.. and it's just started

All the symtoms bear is describing, I've had them before(including the strange back of the eye thingy, stiff neck/shoulders, nausea). The only cure is rest and relaxation, lots of sleep.
