fried buns (for chiili crab gravy)
some fish or fish head
prawn (hmm..maybe steamed this time?)

Crayfish or lobster

my september is totally fried because of the IMF parasites coming to mooch off the hard work of people
i think i'll go book myself to some spa treatments during my august leave..

Bamboo clam is a must! You can have it stir fried but fresh ones steamed with soy sauce and garlic garnished with fresh chilli is really really good too. It's so goddamn expensive from Crystal Jade at Paragon and it's always sold out....bamboo clams that is. -
This time must also remember to order soup. I like soup with my meals.

If you order steamed fish, get the wild Soon Hock or Ba Ting fish steamed HK style.
The fish will melt in your mouth and I always think Malaysian soysauce tastes much better
They have a more traditional flavor -

I dunno about JB food as well as I do Penang Chinese Resturants or those in KK / Kuching
They have something called Champagne pork which tastes really wonderful
In Malaysia the best food I have tasted is in Penang, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu I'm talking about Chinese food here -

I had a throbbing headache from the MRT
M1 seems to have some irritating promotional ad that annouces over their system everytime the MRT doors shuts -
ahh.. your headache comes from M1
mine comes from about less than 8 hours' sleep for the last 2 days -
