Peeps pay more for lean meat than fats
That is why pigs are so lean these days. They are fed so much stuff like paylean to convert the fats into lean meat coz they fetch more money
Btw that is bad for our health though -

We are eating food laced with insecticide and poisons from pollution anyway
Otherwise they are genetically modified or injected with growth hormones and there is more to organic foods than meets the eye which alot of people are not aware off
I mean we die anyway so let's just eat and enjoy -
