I only go for fish from sustainable stocks ...... or farm bred ones ....
like dorado, farm salmon, white or striped bass etc ....
in Singapore I'd go for kelong farmed seabass and garoupas .....
the cod is especially endangered .... in one season some years ago the whole atlantic coast of Canada caught 7 cod ! .... yeps, 7 ! .....
so think about that when you bit into that fish and chips ...
