  but it's less interesting...
  
  just get those ribs with cartilege, bung in cold water, bring to boil... then pour away the water... (this removes the smell and some of the scummy stuff)
  
  assam, bit of sugar, one red chilli, ribs, throw into slow cooker, cook for about 6 hours..
  
  that's it..

  Thanks, elindra! I kinda cook intuitively cuz I'm lazy and have only referred to two recipes so far - the Korean Beef Bulgolgi and the Spicy Prawns. Guess I have to start making full use of the recipe books I have soon!

  I cook intuitively as well though I have this habit of adding alcohal into every dish I cook
  
  I guess that is making up for liking to drink but can't because I've developed an allergy to drinks

  well, when i brought 3kg of ribs to the potluck, what was not finished was quickly reserved to be taken home by someone else
  
  anyway, if one of these days, we get our acts together and organise some kinda potluck, choose.. duck or ribs or whatever else i have perfected by then
