ahh.. i'll be fine.. i think the way i've abused my body, a less tough person would have died by now
from what the pill-roller told me and what is rational, a course of cholesterol-lowering pills should do the trick... and some sensible eating for a change...
today, i had sliced fish soup with chinese cabbage and bittergourd and some rice for lunch.. and also a can of oolong tea...
not too bad huh?

the trip home last night was especially bad. it was so packed arguments were actually breaking out everytime people tried to enter or exit the train
someone even vomited at the station. must have been too hot and stuffy. I was told people fainted at the jurong east interchange.
you know, this could become a real problem as more of us become senior citizens in a couple of decades
