driving fast in a storm like that is a skill
no lah.. just driving at about 90 to 100... can see and judge... must be very alert and be ready to react in case there is puddling on one side because if the right wheels hit pooled up water, the car tends to want to turn right.. so have to make compensations on the steering wheel...

i like assam squid...
quite easy to make.. mash some assam paste with water, filter the stuff...
add a bit of sugar to take the edge off the acidity of the assam... add 1 red chilli with the seeds removed and sliced open lengthwise...
add a few big squid sliced into 1 inch rings...
allow to slowly come to boil and simmer for a while...
nice with rice

you park your goddamned embassies right in the middle of town, right beside the goddamned botanic gardens, right beside the bloody hospital which is courting overseas patients, you are going to get tourists doing tourist things! -

In other news, this morning I was watching telly with my SO and there was this cooking program by this BBC girl (British Borned Chinese) teaching Asian cooking to Ang Mos
She had this dish called Singapore Noodles and it sure is something I have never eaten before -
and then av gets accused of cradle snatching
