  I'm getting a little stressed out re: scheduling. I need to be all moved outta here by Sept 30. Seeing as how hubby's leave ends the 15th, I think I'll be doing alot of the work myself. He says the command has an extremely liberal leave policy for those going to Iraq so he's certain he'll be able to be around to help after his leave expires. *fingers crossed*

  I'm so mad! The people who took over our PO Box on the base in Japan have been subscribing to magazines under my name and sticking me with the bill.

  This is the second time. The first time it happened I called the magazine and told them I didn't subscribe to their mag. They honoured my word and it ended happily. Then it happened again just yesterday. I called the magazine but they are closed till Monday. I called the Postal OIC in Japan and told him about it. He says he'll help me take care of it. So unethical. Grrrr!!

  Are you able to get friends and/or relatives to help with the move preparations?
  
  What's the latest word on your hubby's sandbox deployment? Is the plan still for him to remain in Camp Victory (?) for the duration of the deployment?

  Eh? Why didn't you cancel the magazine subscriptions when you moved from Japan?

  My neighbours across the street have offered to help. I really don't know many people here .
  
  Hubby just got cleared to go by the naval hospital here. Anything can happen so, fingers crossed.

  As with each move, we always close our mailbox about a week before moving, forwarding all our mail to the new command. This has never happened to me before so I thought all was well until that first incident.

  MG, passing on some info I found out. The USPS sells addresses which explains why we get so much junk mail. So when and if you do move, don't submit a USPS change of address card. Notify all your friends and the companies you deal with individually.
