  Heee ... my kids are from 6 - 11... I wont say the hours of work are LESS cos of the amount of preparation time...
  
  but i think it is definitely more fulfilling.
  
  I wont say there isn't any politics... (but if u are firm u can avoid it like mad)...
  BUT most of the time is spent w the kids...
  
  I wont say there aren't any irritating 'clients'... there ARE parents... BUT.. u do know no matter how 'troublesome' they are.. really their intentions are never profit driven.. but.. for the love of their kids ba.
  
  So ... its worth it.
