  no.. she contacts us using Windows Messenger, using a mic and a webcam.. so do we.. and that's good enough for us... so no need skype...

  anyway, those normal headset with mic they use for gaming... very cheap at sim lim if you get those brandless ones.. they look like those operator types.. maybe you can try those?

  cheap... i scared later get cheap, i still get choppy sound.
  
  i wonder if the choppy sound is from the connection.
  
  and i can't speak normally into the headset i have now, gotta speak loudly.

  if it's choppy, probably connection... if you connect the thing to your computer and listen to music over it, and it's fine, it should be fine...
  
  and try to record stuff with the mic.. if the recording is fine, then again, it's the connection..

  i think i'll just get a better headset tomorrow. the mic on this current one is pretty flimsy.

  watching a show now.. honey badgers are scary things
  
  it just climbed up the tree after a COBRA!!
  
  when the cobra fell off the tree, it went after the cobra and killed it, then ate it all in a few minutes.. and off it went again after more prey..
  
  the so sad.. lots of other predators shadow it.. when it digs for things like rodents, the rats run away and others like jackals and raptors snatch them
