the thigh is now the part which hurts the most apart from the back itself..
according to the physio, the pain will "move" up the leg as the inflammation subsides or the disc slowly moves back... still doing the painful exercises she taught me.. it's good tho'
monday, will go see the physio again.. probably kena something like a scorpion deathlock again
