  Perhaps the government will only do something when the hospitals get swamped with patients suffering from respiratory ailments.

  anyway, i'm watching Tom & Jerry now.. there seems to be a higher quality version and a lower quality version of the cartoon...

  it pretty hard for me to gauge if the haze is bad because there isn't any high rise buildings far enough for me to look at.

  i read an article in the magazine Top Gear, its very well written; witty and humourous.
  
  i liked the part when the guy was talking about european cars in america, and how the americans like to do their own modifications. so he chatted with this guy who got an Elise (I don't know cars) and the guy described all the modifications he's done with it.

  Jay Leno has one.. he was riding one on the road when a Nissan Infinity kept coming up his back to see it.. then at a traffic light, the exhaust melted the Infinity's fender... because it was made of plastic
