i don't think i'll be much good company at makan outings anymore coz i've been eating less than rabbits lately due to being injured.. lost 7kg when i weighed myself last week.. that was lost in 3 weeks... -

but being stuck at home is driving me nuts.. still unable to be out for long without being in pain and setting back my healing process...
so, insanity vs physical incapacitation...
