  i wish i was just ill..
  
  illness is easy for me to get over..
  
  i've got a "Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc" or slipped disc...
  
  i can't sit or walk for long without pain...

  well, i think its temporary
  
  i am more worried coz i from time to time get this sharp pain running from chest to neck
  
  feels like stroke
  
  and worse thing is that it was during NS, my fittest time
  
  now eat a lot and laze ard, but no habe

  which is why....i dont bother too much about keeping myself healthy
  
  when i was exercising and what not, i had so many health problems...now....NOTHING! erm...more or less nothing. hehe...

  there's nothing else on the tube.. i've watched those documentaries on Discovery, Nat Geo and Animal Planet already...
  
  may probably go out like a light soon.. the medication includes a tranquilliser..
