  usually, things write themselves..
  
  it was a couple of years ago i wrote stuff for DPS.. one of my faves which i wrote in about 3 minutes was about POETIC VERSE.. where each line required the first letter to be from POETIC VERSE..

  still steady at 11kg...
  
  i'm now 75kg
  
  once i'm back at the office, it's time to go visit the clinic where they asked me to test a pile of stuff for the liver.. i think i broke the time where i was supposed to go for the Hepatitis injection too.. may have to start again... i could not go because i was seriously incapacitated at that time..

  Well, I think sushi will be the perfect food for an outing when you're well. You can't get much more healthy than that..I think its also the only healthy food I enjoy

  in fact, i think she and i share the love for unhealthy food... and in fact, she's also the type who will not eat the pincers of the crab, as that's the worst part of the crab...

  I always whack the crab roe..while others are grabbing the pincers you'll see me reaching for the shell...

  i like documentaries
  
  honey badgers are hilarious... they'll catch a snake which is venomous.. it gets bitten but it continues to eat the snake... the venom takes effect and the badger lapses into a coma-like trance... after a couple of hours, it wakes up and continues eating the snake
