Well, its not because I do not want kids but I do not want to bring them up in Singapore, and I also do not want them to serve NS.
The expense also puts me off. I want to be financially independent in my old age. -

If you believe in nappies, those can be handed down too LOL -
Btw if you look at NUS undergrad fees for 2006/2007:
Arts & Social Science, Business & Law full course fees at S$19,810
If you study Music it is S$39,570
Computering, Science and engineering @ S$21,810
Nursing @ S$22,700
If your kid wanna be a doctor or dentistÂ….good luck to you. Your yearly fee is S$82,120 -
