HK there they dun dare to raise the fares cos of compeition... That's why I mentioned bef just let the bus and MRT compete, 1 bus operator vs SMRT
But HK fares are ex, Cross Harbour Tunnel Rts esp the West Tunnel the fare are S$3.64... But if you travel within Kwoloon, it's $0.20 cheaper
Maybe learn SMRT, ridership increase, mileage travelled has decreased -
As for ERP, London has learned from us
In fact, I think we have to learn from KL, tolled Highways
ERP is not a way to go -
