yeah... whatever happens to the spine seems to hurt even more than any other part of the body
there's a list of things i plan to do after i get well..
1. wash the car.. or at least get it washed and polished.. after the other hazy night, thee was this thick layer of dirt on it which wasn't there the night before.. i think it's gotten worse because i've not driven it
2. go grab a drink or three.. i'm getting cabin fever here! stuck in the house...
3. go get something nice and sinful to eat... something like a steak or crab or a delicious burger the way it is meant to be..
4. get a haircut... coz i look really shaggy now
5. look after myself from now on... i'm getting on in age..
6. when i'm totally okay, go get a new and lighter bowling ball for spinning.. i think i'll not use the reactive ball so much anymore... lighter = less injury risk.. and i do get better scores with spinning
damn... but still in pain

And taking care of your health while wanting to eat those food you mentioned doesn't seem to go together -
i've been either not eating or eating very bland food at home for the past 2 weeks...
sometimes, sinful food taken occasionally is balm for the soul rather than for nourishment for the body
as for bowling, a 10lb ball is very light when compared to a 14 or 15lb reactive ball.. and i've never had to strain spinning.. but i'm sweating like a madman handling the reactive ball

10lbs or 9 lbs, doesn't matter.. but it's all in the technique..
i have my eye on a cow-print bowling ball.. since it's not a reactive ball, i can choose the flat types which are made of plastic.. can have all kinds of designs -
