Depends. Does Singapore require "no-fault" auto insurance coverage? If so, your insurance company will pay for your repairs and you will most likely be responsible for the deductible amount. If not, you can make a claim against the other party's insurance company for the
full amount of the repairs, and he will be responsible for covering whatever deductible amount is written into his policy.
In both cases, your premiums should not go up, assuming that the accident investigation concludes that you are not at fault.
Of course, auto insurance in Singapore might work differently.....
