today, got the auntie physio.. she taught me another brutal exercise... painful but i'm going to be religiously doing it.. because her last lot of exercises helped me so much
next monday, she'll be going to the wards in the morning and i'll be seeing the pretty physio instead.. -

eh my bike shop told me to get more MC because of injury... gotta be more than 3 days then i can claim anything.
i dun see the point really.
i go to the doctor, i get MC, i pay money. i claim and get back the money. its like its going nowhere! -

I find the trick is to identify a SYMPATHETIC doctor
This doctor at my void deck gives 2 days MC BY DEFAULT regardless of what I'm sick with.
Some guys tell me middle aged female doctors are more sympathetic (go figure hohoho)
Also you have to tie in sickness with job hazard.
