Thing is it's not working very well for them coz people just don't turn up for work for OT or emergency recalls cause it is not a requirement
Like my SO refused to go back
He said unless they can get his guys to go back to work there is no point in him going back. He was like no way is he gonna go back after pay cut to do the job coz the technicians dun wanna go back -

it's like that.. they will go look for places where it's gabrament controlled...
the piece of crap which ended up as our no.1 for 5 years was from where kopi is...
5 years.. in what is usually a 3 year stint because NO ONE wanted him... seriously!
the asswipe went to another place, caused one of his superiors to go to their supreme leader and say "either he goes or i go"
after 9 months, they threw him to where av is.. and immediately disgraced himself
luckily, my current no.1 is a good man.. tough but good...
there are a few others who came.. immediately, they were hated, not because of what they were, but because of the way they behave and are -

my uncle who's also an engineer in SIA came online in msn with the words "how many weekends must i work????"
under these people, it must take a major accident to wake them up. but even so, they just blame, kill and dump you, then carry on with their crap management style -
